Konrad works for Swiss Radio and Television SRF as digital strategist. He is responsible for the further development of new strategies and concepts in dealing with digitalisation at SRF. This includes changes to the journalistic offering, workflows and organisational structures. In addition, Conrad teaches journalists in Germany and Switzerland how to use social media, innovation methods and strategy development.
