Sybille works as a program manager and strategy advisor in technology, education and media projects with offices in Seattle and Munich. She has pioneered innovative new media formats and technology solutions for more than 20 years. In the 90s she developed online magazines for Burda and MSN and worked with public broadcaster ZDF on the design of new online format. She created curriculum and taught workshops on online research, development and implementation of new media formats and delivered professional development courses for online journalists. During her more than 13 years of experience at Microsoft, working in both Germany and The United States, Sybille managed product planning and international pilot deployments. For NMT Sybille provides training and coaching on project management, managing innovation, and on communication technologies.
